The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a bucket-list worthy adventure that fosters a deep connection to the formality and honor of a soldier’s life. I hope it has made an impression on my children to appreciate and respect the cost of war and service.

So sad to lose such a beautiful icon. Olivia Newton John was my first female role model. I sang every song with her through the 70’s & 80’s. I even cut my hair when it was time to get physical. She led a full life and worked with animals too. So sad to see a beautiful soul leave this world at a time when it needs more beauty. 💔😢✨✨🌈❤️

The Fire Island Lighthouse is a great way to experience Long Island life. Next to the boat house on the bay side you can find this whale skull. If you’re patient and lucky, you can spot a whale in the ocean from the beach. 🐳💦
There’s no bad view of my favorite lighthouse.
It’s easy to feel like a kid again on Fire Island. All I had to do was walk barefoot along the ocean and through the sand to the lighthouse. 👣🏖
